Plug Power Benefits Overview

Manages global product development programs from requirements and technical design through manufacturing, validation, quality, and product release. Maintains schedules, budgets, resourcing, product charters, risks, and launch scope. Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates with engineering, product management, vendors, customers, joint ventures, manufacturing, and service groups. Facilitates design reviews and phase gates, tracks KPIs and roadmap progress, manages scope changes, resolves conflicts, and communicates program status to management.

Implements supplier quality strategy, resolves supplier defects through root-cause analysis and corrective actions, manages APQP part qualification, supplier metrics, scorecards, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Supports DFMA, Cpk data collection, inspection methods, defective material disposition, and ISO/QS compliance. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality assurance while applying 8D, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and DFMEA methodologies.

Develops, deploys, tests, and maintains SCADA, PLC, and HMI software for hydrogen generation, compression, storage, and dispensing systems. Supports active field equipment remotely, optimizes system performance, manages software releases and engineering changes, interprets P&IDs and electrical schematics, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams. Provides user training and technical leadership while traveling up to 20% as needed.
