Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, support signups and account maintenance, resolve or escalate technical issues, document tickets, provide tailored solutions, retain and upsell members, and represent the company at trade shows. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, typing, computer, and customer service skills, with occasional travel.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for acquiring Fortune 1000 and large mid-market shipper accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, multi-stakeholder selling, RFP and contract execution, account penetration, proposal development, client onboarding, CRM management, forecasting, and revenue performance reporting. The role partners with pricing, operations, and carrier management teams to secure new logistics business and build long-term customer partnerships.

Drive strategic growth across large decentralized brokerage customers by expanding wallet share, entering new divisions and locations, strengthening executive relationships, leading QBRs, supporting onboarding, and executing account growth plans. The role partners with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, monitors performance, supports escalations, and ensures profitable customer expansion across approximately 10–15 assigned companies.
