Partner with stores and internal teams to conduct monthly operational assessments, support compliance and AML/OFAC efforts, coordinate audits, ensure training and credential management, provide coaching at store locations, and report findings to management to improve store practices and regulatory adherence.

Lead IT compliance activities including audits, assessments, evidence management, remediation tracking, and control improvement across PCI DSS, GLBA, NIST CSF, cloud/SaaS, and vendor risk. Partner with security, IT, audit, and legal to support exams, document controls, prepare metrics, and translate regulatory changes into operational updates.

Provide consultative employee-relations support to field leadership across multiple units: conduct investigations, counsel leaders, analyze HR metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, drive change management, prepare reports, and develop proactive HR strategies to improve engagement and performance. Frequent partnership with support center teams and ~25% travel.
