Teams at Ploy

Own Ploy’s community strategy from zero, including launching its community platform, growing and engaging members, building agency partner programs, creating educational content, and organizing digital and in-person events. The role converts users into power users and advocates while partnering with product, marketing, and sales to share insights and amplify launches. It requires strong communication, community-program expertise, growth marketing awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort building in an ambiguous startup environment.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding for Ploy, including kickoff, requirements gathering, setup, integrations, training, launch, and handoff. Configure customer workspaces, create implementation plans, resolve blockers, provide growth guidance, and improve repeatable onboarding processes. Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering while helping customers reach value quickly and become long-term advocates.

Build and scale end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure. Own projects from discovery through launch and iteration, design reliable systems, improve engineering foundations, and deliver polished user experiences. Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design while shaping technical direction and engineering culture. The role emphasizes full-stack development, 0-to-1 products, AI tools, scalability, observability, testing, release processes, and high ownership.
