Teams at Ploy

Own Ploy’s growth engine across paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, email, and conversion experiments. Manage acquisition budgets, optimize campaigns and funnels, track activation and revenue performance, and grow self-serve signups and qualified pipeline. Build marketing automations and AI workflows, test new product capabilities in live campaigns, and partner with engineering, product, design, and the founding team to improve growth outcomes.

Own product strategy and major initiatives as Ploy’s first product manager. Partner with founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to improve activation, marketing workflows, AI agent experiences, pricing, packaging, and upgrades. Use customer feedback and product data to prioritize, ship, and iterate on impactful products while managing cross-functional execution.

Own Ploy’s community strategy from zero, including launching its community platform, growing and engaging members, building agency partner programs, creating educational content, and organizing digital and in-person events. The role converts users into power users and advocates while partnering with product, marketing, and sales to share insights and amplify launches. It requires strong communication, community-program expertise, growth marketing awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort building in an ambiguous startup environment.
