Plooto Benefits Overview

Conduct outbound prospecting to accounting and bookkeeping firms across the US and Canada, qualify potential channel partners, and book high-quality meetings for Partnerships and Channel Sales. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, execute multichannel outreach, collaborate on messaging and target accounts, meet pipeline targets, and share market feedback to improve prospecting strategies.

Own Plooto’s cross-border payments and FX business, translating strategy into roadmaps, KPIs, pricing improvements, commercialization initiatives, and measurable growth. Lead customer adoption, FX economics, product roadmap development, strategic banking and payment partnerships, and cross-functional execution without direct authority. Analyze performance and customer insights, develop business cases, and partner with Risk and Compliance to manage regulatory and operational requirements across products, corridors, and partnerships.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will onboard accounting firms, drive client engagement with Plooto, manage accounts, and achieve growth targets.
