Own Pling’s technical direction and deliver end-to-end production features across architecture, backend, APIs, UI, infrastructure, security, deployment, and monitoring. As the team grows, hire and guide engineers while balancing speed, reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Build and own production-grade domain services in a greenfield rebuild of a live B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include data modeling, API and service development, React integration, testing, security, observability, CI/CD, and system re-platforming without downtime or data loss. The engineer will use AI coding agents responsibly, contribute to technical decisions, and potentially co-own architecture, roadmap, engineering standards, and delivery coordination.
