Provide hands-on IT consulting and high-touch technical support to executives and staff at Boston-area client offices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, user and device setup, MDM administration, SaaS and cloud support, technology implementation, documentation, user training, office moves, upgrades, and AV deployments. The role also involves client relationship building, project work, ticket escalations, and adopting innovative technology solutions.

Provide hands-on, client-facing IT support for capital management clients: drive technology adoption, deploy solutions, support executives, troubleshoot desktops and networks, provision and configure devices, train users, document assets/processes, and assist with office moves, upgrades, and AV deployments.

Client-facing network and AV engineer who manages office moves, network build-outs, relocations, and infrastructure improvements. Designs and implements Layer 2/3 networks, wireless surveys/validation, partners with ISPs, scopes AV solutions, documents projects, and supports escalated network and AV issues for critical client environments.
