Leads an engineering design center and functional management staff, overseeing quality systems, technical success, resource planning, budgets, staffing, training, succession planning, and profitability. Drives engineering strategy, cross-center collaboration, customer and business development support, and successful project execution. Builds team capability through coaching, development, and accountability while partnering with senior leadership on operational and financial performance.

Leads site-level human resources strategy and services, partnering with site leadership on staffing, talent development, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Oversees recruitment efforts, coaches employees and managers, monitors HR metrics, supports succession planning, and ensures alignment with corporate strategy and employment laws.

Continuously improves test performance and equipment, troubleshoots complex issues, supports equipment installation and changes, and provides technical guidance. Develops and validates manufacturing test solutions, contributes to technical projects, documents processes according to quality and change-management standards, and works independently across manufacturing phases. Collaborates with internal and external customers and mentors others while applying statistical analysis, structured design, and test and measurement expertise.
