The Master Scheduler coordinates customer demand with production schedules, creates Master Production Schedules, and mitigates disruptions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Manage and execute the master production schedule by establishing and reviewing production plans, monitoring inventory and capacity, resolving schedule challenges, and optimizing resources to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and meet customer commitments.

Own full-cycle recruitment partnering with HR and hiring leaders: source, screen, assess, select, and onboard candidates. Build passive candidate networks, engage community/business organizations, advise managers, and support retention through selection best practices. May assist with general HR functions.
