Teams at Pleasant Springs Healthcare Center

Supervise nursing shifts and nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, execute care plans, document nursing assessments, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and coordinate staffing and shift reports to ensure resident well-being.

Prepare and serve meals for residents: assemble and deliver trays, follow standardized recipes, rotate and manage supplies, sanitize equipment, dispose of refuse, and maintain cleanliness and food safety.

Provide non-clinical support to nursing services and residents: bed-making, meal prep/delivery, laundry, cleanliness, encourage activity participation, observe and report safety or care concerns, and perform other facility support tasks.
