Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver trays, manage and rotate food supplies, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and equipment, and support resident-focused food service following recipes and safety procedures.

Supervise nursing shifts and nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, execute care plans, document nursing assessments, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and coordinate staffing and shift reports to ensure resident well-being.
