Supervise nursing shifts and nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, execute care plans, document nursing assessments, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and coordinate staffing and shift reports to ensure resident well-being.

Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver trays and meal carts, follow menus and recipes, rotate and deliver supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse per policy, and maintain cleanliness while supporting resident satisfaction in a team environment.

Support HR operations by processing hires, payroll transactions, and personnel records; assist recruitment and policy guidance; maintain compliance; coordinate recognition programs and employee events; perform HR administration, reporting, and confidentiality-sensitive tasks.
