Teams at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc.

Manages onboarding, activation, production growth, and relationship development for non-delegated correspondent mortgage accounts. Coordinates with Operations, Client Service, Closing, Underwriting, and Sales teams; conducts onboarding calls and quarterly business reviews; monitors submissions and funding; develops 30-, 60-, and 90-day production plans; re-engages inactive accounts; and educates clients on mortgage products, fulfillment services, and niche programs.

The Account Executive is responsible for soliciting new business, maintaining broker relationships, and ensuring compliance with loan origination guidelines.
