Develop and modernize Tableau dashboards for People Analytics, improving visualization, usability, performance, and self-service insights. Design and maintain Tableau row-level security for sensitive employee data, including dynamic access controls and entitlement mappings. Build optimized data sources and models using Snowflake and SQL, troubleshoot data and integration issues, document solutions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on scalable analytics products.

Lead a global fraud operations organization responsible for investigations, chargebacks, abuse monitoring, operational risk mitigation, and grey market enforcement across PlayStation. Develop scalable controls and investigative programs addressing payment fraud, account compromise, entitlement abuse, reseller activity, and marketplace manipulation. Partner cross-functionally to improve automation, policies, customer outcomes, and fraud recovery. Manage KPIs, workforce planning, executive reporting, process improvements, and team capability development.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, cost allocation systems, metrics, dashboards, and analytical tools for PlayStation’s global infrastructure. Connect infrastructure, financial, engineering, and product data to analyze cost, utilization, capacity, and unit economics. Ensure data quality, testing, observability, documentation, and reproducibility while partnering across engineering, product, finance, and operations teams.
