The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead manufacturing optimization for products, analyze processes, manage overseas partners, and ensure production efficiency and quality.

Own UX design for PlayStation’s Connect platform, creating scalable experiences across console, mobile, web, and connected surfaces. Design account, identity, privacy, safety, family, social, and cross-device journeys while translating complex technical constraints into intuitive interfaces. Partner with product, research, engineering, policy, legal, and regional teams; lead work from concept through launch; evolve design systems; facilitate critiques; mentor designers; and communicate decisions to stakeholders.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and global expansion of PlayStation digital storefront experiences across devices and geographies. Drive customer journey optimization through data, experimentation, and success metrics. Partner with engineering, design, research, marketing, legal, compliance, and program management teams to deliver scalable, compliant commerce experiences that increase player engagement and business growth.
