Manage end-to-end financial controllership, including accounting close, reconciliations, AP, statutory and tax compliance, audits, treasury, internal controls, revenue recognition, and international reporting. Partner with Product, Tech, Data, ERP, and finance leadership to improve systems, automate processes, manage cross-border compliance, and ensure accurate digital revenue reporting. Lead and mentor the controllership team while driving scalable finance operations and continuous improvement.

Build and operate scalable MLOps infrastructure for training, deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement of production machine learning models. Develop CI/CD, model serving, feature store, experiment tracking, model registry, and automated deployment capabilities. Optimize Apache Spark pipelines, support LLM and agentic AI workflows, improve platform reliability and observability, and partner with data science, platform engineering, and product teams.

Lead data engineering and platform development across pipelines, AWS infrastructure, internal data applications, and analytics tools. Build scalable systems using Python, Go, React, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD. Ensure reliability, security, governance, privacy, and cost optimization while exploring AI-assisted data tooling. Manage and grow an engineering team, define the technical roadmap, and partner with analytics, product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
