Own and manage a focused portfolio of high-touch legacy creators, act as primary contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain detailed relationship records, flag risks/opportunities, and be trained as the right-hand to the Head of Creator Management.

Develop organic social strategies and creator-specific playbooks for top talent across Instagram and TikTok. Research trends and algorithm changes, run weekly performance and viral analyses, build launch and challenge kits, coach editing and production, support paid creative, and track growth for the top creators while building scalable, AI-enabled tools.

Lead and scale the creator acquisition sales function: manage end-to-end pipeline from sourcing to close, run daily reporting and CRM hygiene, coach and develop the sales team, own systems, onboarding, SOPs, analytics, contracts, and hiring to hit conversion and close goals.

Senior Product Engineer (TypeScript) will design and implement user-facing features across a React web app, Node.js backend (GraphQL), and React Native mobile app. Own feature design through release, shape APIs and GraphQL contracts, write well-tested code, contribute to ERDs, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design. Spend most time in one deep area while contributing across the full stack.
