Build and own production AI features serving millions of students. Design debuggable agent, tool, and orchestration systems; establish evaluation practices; choose between LLMs, classic machine learning, and deterministic solutions; make defensible architecture decisions; and improve engineering standards through reviews and technical leadership.

Lead public-sector partnerships and revenue growth across government agencies, educational institutions, and multilateral organizations. Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, contract execution, territory planning, pipeline forecasting, and public procurement navigation. Collaborate with project managers, product teams, and external partners to deliver tailored solutions. Requires public-sector sales expertise, procurement knowledge, strong communication skills, bilingual English-Spanish fluency, and travel to client sites and industry events.

Manage inbound and outbound SMB sales opportunities from lead qualification through closing. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet sales targets, build prospect relationships, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing and customer success on lead quality and customer handoffs. The role requires strong organizational, communication, closing, and operational skills in a remote startup environment.
