Provide high-trust, end-to-end executive support to the CEO: manage calendar, prepare meeting briefs, own follow-ups, coordinate travel and logistics, handle confidential personal finances and household matters, manage speaking/event requests, and anticipate needs across time zones.

Generate enterprise B2B pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualification, engage senior stakeholders, schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM data, use multi-channel outreach, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to meet pipeline and meeting targets.
