Platteville-Gilcrest Fire Protection District

The Platteville-Gilcrest Fire Protection District is a public safety organization formed in 1951 to serve the Platteville and Gilcrest communities. It provides high-quality, all-hazard emergency response, including fire suppression, EMS ambulance response, hazmat mitigation, and fire prevention. Committed to serving the community through integrity, respect, and experience, the district also provides critical advanced life support (ALS) transport services.
