Provides personalized branch banking service, including opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, handling cash, resolving discrepancies, and supporting digital and mobile banking. Educates customers about products and services, conducts needs assessments, makes referrals, maintains regulatory and fraud-prevention controls, and provides branch coverage. Requires accurate money handling, confidentiality, communication, problem-solving, computer proficiency, and adaptability.

Processes and balances daily cash transactions, provides courteous customer service, identifies sales and referral opportunities, answers basic account-management inquiries, and supports branch walk-ins. Maintains knowledge of products, policies, procedures, internal controls, and fraud-prevention protocols. Cross-trains to provide one-stop service, escalates complex requests, communicates customer feedback, attends required training, and handles sensitive information confidentially and accurately.

Manages daily ACH, wire, digital payment, and money movement operations. Oversees payment processing, exception resolution, staff support, risk monitoring, compliance with NACHA, OFAC, BSA/AML, and related regulations, vendor relationships, system enhancements, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Treasury Management, Retail Banking, IT, Compliance, and Data Operations to improve efficiency, payment capabilities, customer support, and operational performance.
