Lead customer-facing NetSuite implementations and related projects from kickoff through rollout. Manage stakeholders, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, escalations, project reporting, and customer relationships. Coordinate IT teams translating requirements into designs, integrations, and data transfers. Support implementations, enhancements, integrations, ongoing support, and occasional Salesforce build-outs. Deliver project reviews and presentations while ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and NSIP, primarily connecting NetSuite with SaaS, ERP, CRM, marketing, financial, and data platforms. Lead discovery sessions, data mapping, architecture, troubleshooting, documentation, and client demonstrations. Build scalable real-time, event-driven, and batch integrations using REST, SOAP, adapters, and transformation technologies. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and client teams while advising on integration patterns, risks, automation opportunities, and technical solutions.

The Client Partner sells Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions and related services to mid-market B2B customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing sales pipelines, exceeding annual sales targets, analyzing business requirements, scoping projects, preparing Statements of Work, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and collaborating with account executives and delivery teams to initiate projects. The role requires full-cycle ERP or software services sales experience, strong presentation skills, and client relationship management abilities.
