Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President, managing calendar, communications, travel, board and governance materials, and coordinating senior leadership initiatives while handling confidential matters and improving executive workflows.

Lead credit analysis and monitoring for large, complex commercial borrowers; recommend loan structures, perform market and financial (including sensitivity) analysis; monitor covenants and risk ratings; report credit quality to management; advise on credit policy and support client relationship management.

Support credit administration, portfolio oversight, and underwriting for commercial loans. Duties include financial statement spreading and analysis, preparing credit presentations, covenant tracking, loan reporting, third-party report management, loan file reviews, and participation in Credit Committee. Responsibilities scale from analyst tasks to independent underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and mentorship at senior levels.
