Leads Medlive’s accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, close process, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax compliance, and accounting systems implementation. Oversees GAAP financial statements, revenue recognition, cash-flow forecasting, external auditors and tax advisors, while improving workflows and partnering with HR, Sales, and executive leadership. Requires extensive progressive accounting experience, controller-level leadership, accounting software implementation expertise, and familiarity with Sage Intacct, Salesforce integrations, professional services, and M&A.

Supports business development through lead research and qualification, outbound campaigns, pipeline analysis, meeting preparation, proposals, Salesforce administration, reporting, and sales operations. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and external partners while developing expertise in digital medical education, pharmaceutical buying cycles, and progression into business development.

Own Medlive’s digital growth channels, including paid media, corporate website, SEO/AEO, email, and CRM. Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance dashboards, report on OKRs, segment audiences, improve conversion rates, and maintain marketing workflows. The role partners with content, design, and marketing leadership in a remote-first environment to drive client and healthcare provider acquisition and engagement.
