The Lead Software Engineer will design and develop high-performance microservices-based solutions, guide teams, and ensure smooth Agile execution.

Own and deliver regional L&D for Europe and India: design and facilitate manager effectiveness, performance management, situational leadership and cross-cultural programs; maintain LMS and training records; run post-training coaching, curate toolkits, and coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person sessions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts across unit, integration, API, and UI layers. Integrate tests into CI/CD, analyze results, manage test environments/data, participate in code reviews, and advocate quality best practices while collaborating with development teams.
