Develops and copyedits marketing content across print and digital channels, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. Maintains marketing databases, photo libraries, documents, and CRM approvals. Supports campaigns, communications, tradeshows, special projects, sample orders, and administrative processes while coordinating with designers, marketing teams, customers, and vendors.

Develops and improves SMC molding processes, materials, molds, tooling, and production equipment. Conducts molding trials, product testing, dimensional and surface evaluations, and process documentation. Tracks material quality, scrap, output, and corrective actions while coordinating with suppliers, mold shops, maintenance, R&D, and production teams. Manages mold maintenance requirements, quotations, purchase requests, purchase orders, and status reporting.

Oversee manufacturing production scheduling to meet customer demand and internal deadlines. Analyze capacity, inventory, resources, and workflow; resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks; adjust plans based on operational changes; track progress and performance metrics using scheduling tools; lead scheduling coordinators; improve processes and reduce lead times; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; and align scheduling strategies with business objectives.
