Hands-on Process Engineer responsible for testing new molding equipment, establishing and optimizing polymer manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvements using Scientific and Decoupled molding methods. The role requires strong process engineering experience, working knowledge of Scientific/Decoupled molding, and RJG Master Molder certification.

Coordinate daily communication with manufacturing plants, track staffing and action items, maintain company processes and administrative resources, organize schedules and meetings, monitor facility and safety requirements, conduct research, and support executive calendar, meeting, and travel coordination.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business in the industrial hardware sector. Responsibilities include inside and outside sales, cold calling, customer support, product sourcing and quoting, purchase-order follow-through, and local travel to support accounts. The role requires industrial hardware sales experience, strong communication, organization, persistence, computer proficiency, independence, and resourcefulness.
