Serve as Plasmidsaurus's first full-time General Counsel, advising founders and leadership on commercial, corporate, international, intellectual property, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters. Lead complex agreements and negotiations, manage cross-border legal issues, protect company interests, and build an efficient legal function, including processes and outside counsel relationships. The role requires practical judgment, strong business understanding, and experience in life sciences, biotechnology, scientific services, or another regulated technical industry.

Build and implement a company-wide project management system, standardizing planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting, and workflows. Lead complex cross-functional product development and improvement projects from inception through launch. Establish portfolio visibility across project health, resources, timelines, capacity, and constraints, while improving forecasting and execution. Train project and functional leads, support leadership decisions, and continuously improve processes across Product, Engineering, R&D, Production, Operations, and Marketing.

Administer IT infrastructure, devices, identities, cloud environments, networks, and Linux servers across global sequencing labs. Maintain SOC 2 compliance, cybersecurity policies, audit evidence, vulnerability remediation, patching, endpoint protection, and access controls. Configure firewalls, VPNs, switches, and Wi-Fi, while independently leading IT projects and supporting reliable operations in a fast-growing biotech environment.
