Manage day-to-day operations of the San Francisco lab and headquarters: inventory, equipment maintenance, deliveries, vendor and facilities coordination, BSL2 safety execution and EH&S documentation, workplace support, visitor logistics, and local site improvements to keep sequencing operations uninterrupted and the site inspection-ready.

Manage day-to-day lab and workplace operations for the Louisville sequencing site: inventory and ordering (Quartzy), equipment acquisition/maintenance, BSL2/BSL3 safety compliance, hazardous waste oversight, vendor coordination, facilities and IT liaison, and support audits/inspections. Ensure sites are stocked, safe, and operational, build relationships with Procurement and lab teams, and continuously improve site processes to enable scientific productivity.

Lead and manage the compute, data, AI, and security infrastructure for sequencing operations, overseeing core services and system designs.
