The Bioinformatics Scientist will build production-grade bioinformatics workflows, develop algorithms, integrate cutting-edge tools, mentor teammates, and enhance scientific UX for researchers.

Lead process development to scale sequencing workflows (starting with RNA-seq). Identify failure modes, design experiments to improve robustness and throughput, partner with Production and R&D for technology transfer, and guide technical staff to make new sequencing products reliable and manufacturable at production scale.
