Own the team’s most challenging technical problems and set direction for critical backend and full-stack systems. Design reliable, correct services handling money and network operations, including idempotency, consistency, retries, reconciliation, and failure recovery. Lead architecture, data modeling, testing, observability, incident response, and technical standards. Mentor engineers, contribute across frontend and API layers, make data-driven decisions, and guide systems from initial development through scale.

Build and own fullstack product and client-side experiences across React, React Native, and Node.js. Design reliable systems for financial data, state management, APIs, and user-facing interfaces. Partner with product and design, optimize performance and responsiveness, handle failures and edge cases, and maintain high engineering quality through architecture, testing, and code review. Mentor engineers, drive technical clarity, and proactively identify problems.
