Lead a 4-person crew performing plugging and abandonment of gas wells. Oversee well control, rig operations (double-derrick), mud pumps, laydown equipment, casing recovery and cementing. Manage pipe tally, site fluids, safety compliance, and crew communication. Maintain IADC well control certification and pass pre-hire drug/alcohol tests.
