Own a named account portfolio and revenue quota for functional food ingredients. Prospect, qualify, close, and expand customer accounts while negotiating pricing and development agreements. Translate customer formulation and process needs into application trials, interpret technical results, quantify cost and functional benefits, and guide product innovation. The role requires deep functional-ingredient expertise, early-stage commercial experience, technical fluency, and the ability to sell independently to industrial food and CPG customers.
