The Solution Engineer will engage with customers, develop proposals, optimize projects, and support early-stage project engineering in solar power applications.

Lead commercial and utility-scale solar projects (1–200+ MW) through pre-construction and construction. Manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, contracts, and risk. Coordinate EPCs, engineers, AHJs, procurement, and customers. Ensure quality, safety, and on-time project execution; prepare status reports and travel to sites as needed.

Own end-to-end customer relationships for hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI infrastructure buyers, from origination through signed agreements. Develop technoeconomic and commercial models, coordinate engineering, supply chain, legal, finance, and external partners, and manage execution handoffs. Build a repeatable sales motion covering outreach, discovery, proposals, contracts, pricing, and future solar and storage offerings. The role requires infrastructure fluency, quantitative rigor, executive presence, and experience closing capital-intensive energy or hard-tech deals.
