Oversee financial reporting for international entities and employee benefit plans. Responsibilities include reviewing workpapers, financial statements, management reports, budgets, variance analyses, tax workpapers, board presentations, reconciliations, and external audit coordination. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, international accounting knowledge, and hands-on management of complex financial information and reporting requirements.

Provide administrative support to partners and teams, prepare client deliverables, coordinate meetings, events, and travel, manage reporting and invoicing, maintain operational documentation, train staff on firm systems, and support practice-area and Chicago office operations.

Manage preparation, review, and filing of internal partner 1040 tax returns, including multi-state filings. Coordinate workflows, deadlines, data collection, staff assignments, quality reviews, examinations, tax planning support, process improvements, and leadership updates. Mentor staff and resolve technical or operational issues throughout peak tax compliance periods.
