The role requires reliable independent work, strong customer service, cash-handling ability, attention to detail, and physical capacity for standing, lifting, bending, and handling cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Opens and prepares the fitness center each weekday morning, including stocking towels and Juice Bar supplies, handling cash deposits, checking in members, answering account questions, cleaning, managing inventory, and reporting discrepancies. The role requires reliable early-morning attendance, friendly customer service, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Assists the Personal Training Manager by onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating personal trainers. Supports consultations, scheduling, reporting, policy compliance, social media, member concerns, and personal training package sales. Maintains a personal training schedule, delivers individual and group workouts, promotes member engagement, ensures exercise safety, and fills in for the manager when needed. Requires an active fitness certification, CPR/AED certification, and prior personal training experience.
