Provide friendly front desk support for club members and prospects: greet visitors, answer phones, check members into the PEAK/ABC IGNITE system, assist with membership sign-ups and tours, update accounts, respond to member inquiries and escalate as needed, and complete daily cleaning and facility upkeep tasks.
