Provides executive leadership for the Hanford 222-S Laboratory, overseeing analytical services, facility operations, engineering, nuclear safety, environmental compliance, quality assurance, workforce management, finances, and contract performance. Serves as the primary interface with DOE and stakeholders, ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective laboratory operations supporting tank waste characterization and environmental cleanup. Leads multidisciplinary teams, regulatory readiness, corrective actions, organizational development, budgeting, subcontractor oversight, and continuous improvement.

Supports federal acquisition and contract administration for the VA Loan Guaranty Product Line. Responsibilities include developing procurement documentation, monitoring deliverables and invoices, coordinating contract modifications and funding, supporting CORs and Contracting Officers, facilitating stakeholder meetings, tracking risks and milestones, and ensuring compliance with FAR, VAAR, and contractual requirements. The role bridges government program, acquisition, budget, technical, and contractor teams in a remote PMO environment.

Develops, coordinates, and evaluates technical training programs for laboratory personnel. Creates training materials, lesson plans, exams, and curricula using the Systematic Approach to Training and ADDIE model. Conducts needs and task analyses, collaborates with on-the-job trainers and procedure writers, assesses trainee performance, and revises materials to reflect policy, procedure, regulatory, and DOE requirements.
