The EPIC Analyst oversees and optimizes Epic EHR and practice management systems across a multi-site healthcare affiliate. Responsibilities include system configuration, workflow development, billing and scheduling support, user access management, testing, troubleshooting, training coordination, vendor liaison duties, stakeholder workgroups, reporting, data integrity, and custom report development. The role also supports Epic projects, compliance audits, and end-user assistance.

Provides preoperative, procedural, and recovery-room nursing care for abortion and family-planning patients. Monitors patients, administers medications, establishes IV access, assesses complications, assists providers during procedures, delivers informed-consent and reproductive-health education, triages emergency calls, documents care in the EHR, maintains controlled-substance and emergency-supply logs, and supports quality assurance, staff training, and research activities.

Lead grassroots organizing in Charlottesville and Roanoke by recruiting, training, and mobilizing volunteers; build community and coalition relationships; run advocacy, rapid-response, and electoral campaigns; support voter engagement, communications, and data management; complete administrative reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance reproductive health and rights.
