The HR Specialist administers HRIS data, benefits, retirement programs, leave, accommodations, workers’ compensation, reporting, employee relations, and HR processes. The role maintains data integrity, supports employment-law compliance, coordinates open enrollment, assists managers with routine employee relations, develops reports and training, and implements workflow and system improvements. This hybrid position supports employees across the organization and requires discretion, organization, strong communication, and approximately 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
