Coordinates daily patient flow in a health center, monitors wait times and room utilization, adjusts staffing schedules, supports patient satisfaction, and communicates operational concerns to clinic leadership. Serves as an electronic health record super user, performs Patient Care Associate duties when needed, supports staff training, and ensures compliance with clinical, HIPAA, ADA, and other regulatory standards.

Provides evidence-based sexuality education and reproductive health outreach to youth, young adults, parents, schools, and community partners. Oversees the Teen Advocate Project, including recruiting and training teens, facilitating leadership activities, managing youth-focused social media, coordinating events, collecting program data, and promoting Teen Clinic services. Builds partnerships with schools and youth organizations, supports culturally responsive programming and translation, and travels throughout Nassau County for workshops and community engagement.

Provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive outpatient care including contraception, medication and procedural abortion, miscarriage management, colposcopy/LEEP, gender-affirming hormone therapy, ultrasound, STI care, and general gynecology. Document in EHR, order/interpret tests, code/bill services, participate in on-call coverage, quality programs, staff training, and travel to regional health centers as needed.

Provide vasectomies under local anesthesia at Schenectady and/or Newburgh health centers; offer clinical consultation and training, participate in chart audits, quality management, compliance, and documentation. Requires NYS license, BLS, EMR proficiency, and 2-3 years vasectomy experience.

Bilingual outreach worker providing culturally responsive sexual and reproductive health education and patient navigation across NYC and Nassau County. Conducts in-person and virtual outreach, schedules appointments via EPIC, offers Spanish interpretation and support during visits, collects outreach data, and partners with community organizations to link Latinx immigrants to PPGNY services.
