Provides affiliate-wide onboarding, training, coaching, skill validation, and retraining for non-licensed medical center staff. Teaches healthcare procedures, reproductive health topics, electronic health record use, compliance, and patient privacy requirements. Supports center leadership, tracks training completion, maintains documentation, generates reports, and performs clinical, reception, laboratory, bookkeeping, and counseling duties as needed. Requires travel among all medical centers and collaboration with diverse staff and communities.
