Provides bilingual English-Spanish clinical and administrative support in a reproductive healthcare clinic. Duties include patient intake and education, appointment scheduling, referrals, fee collection, record and lab-result management, provider examination assistance, phlebotomy, abortion-service laboratory tasks, clinic cleanliness and stocking, and non-directive information about contraception and abortion options. May also train team members, interns, externs, and volunteers.

Provides direct-to-consumer telehealth support across Utah by conducting patient intake, verifying consents, scheduling virtual appointments, educating patients on reproductive health options, updating electronic medical records, logging lab results, supporting clinicians during remote visits, collecting payments, and answering billing, scheduling, and care questions while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
