Manage day-to-day benefits administration including enrollments, qualifying events, terminations, and open enrollment support. Serve as primary employee contact for benefit inquiries, partner with vendors/brokers and Payroll to resolve billing/data issues, audit invoices, reconcile data feeds, and maintain benefits documentation and systems. Support Talent Strategy with job description tasks and contractor pre-boarding while driving process improvements and benefits education.

As an RN III (Float), you will provide flexible nursing coverage across multiple locations, delivering compassionate patient care, assisting in surgical procedures, and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
