Provides front-office support in a health center, including greeting and checking in patients, managing the waiting room, scheduling appointments, registering demographics and insurance information, verifying eligibility and benefits, collecting payments, providing financial counseling, enrolling patients in funding programs, and supporting billing, charge reconciliation, quality assurance, and reporting.

Builds community partnerships and represents Planned Parenthood at outreach events. Coordinates and delivers evidence-based sexual and reproductive health education in person and virtually, develops educational and promotional materials, supports social media content, tracks grant-related data, maintains stakeholder relationships, and coordinates volunteers. The role also identifies community engagement opportunities, supports health equity initiatives, and serves as a liaison between health centers, the External Affairs department, and local communities.
