Hunt and close new enterprise accounts for IT Asset Disposition and lifecycle services by building executive relationships, managing complex sales cycles, delivering executive presentations, responding to RFPs, and collaborating cross-functionally to exceed revenue targets.

Lead high-volume IT asset disposition operations, coordinating internal production and external vendors to meet SLAs, ensure data security and regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma. Oversee workflows across receiving, data destruction, refurbishment, QC, inventory, and shipping while supporting automation and audit readiness.

Lead and build PlanITROI's marketing function from the ground up: rebuild website, own brand and messaging, run inbound/SEO/GEO/AEO and PR/thought leadership, align digital and outbound engines, develop executive presence and events, and manage a lean mix of freelancers and agencies to drive measurable inbound pipeline and brand recognition among enterprise buyers.

Lead client-facing operations for assigned accounts: manage high-volume client communications, onboarding, portal demos, logistics coordination, operations liaison, data review and settlement reconciliation, generate quotes and strategic reports, run operational calls and QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure retention through proactive problem-solving and follow-through.
