Own Planhat’s PR and influencer marketing function, securing media and podcast placements, building journalist and influencer relationships, coaching executives, coordinating launch publicity, managing partnerships, tracking share of voice, and directing external PR agencies. The role builds the function from the ground up and increases brand awareness among target B2B SaaS buyers through systematic earned-media and influencer programs.

Identify prospects and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Build relationships with post-sales leaders, qualify and prioritize executive needs, and generate high-quality pipeline for Account Executives. The role supports discovery calls across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers, with responsibility for meeting targets, developing lasting relationships, and progressing toward Account Executive or leadership opportunities.

Identify prospects and conduct outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn; build relationships with Customer Success leaders; qualify executive needs across industries and company sizes; and create qualified pipeline for Account Executives. Success is measured by meeting and exceeding activity and pipeline targets, generating discovery calls, and developing trusted internal and external relationships.
