Teams at Planful

Provide technical support for Planful’s enterprise performance management software, including budgeting, planning, financial consolidation, modeling, reporting, and dashboards. Work directly with global customers, train customers and partners, deliver best-practice solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with support, presales, product development, and QA teams. The role also requires continuous product, finance, accounting, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skill development.

Own Planful’s B2B content marketing strategy, messaging architecture, editorial governance, and full-funnel content production across blogs, web pages, ebooks, whitepapers, social, and customer stories. Partner with marketing, sales, product, creative teams, SMEs, and agencies to align content with segment and account strategies. Manage SEO, GEO, and AIO initiatives, content audits, performance analysis, refresh cycles, and strategic reporting.

Partner with existing customers to evaluate finance performance management processes, application configurations, business needs, and technology challenges. Recommend enhancements, resolve complex functional issues, identify risks and opportunities, and provide best-practice guidance across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering teams while delivering demos and presentations to finance, accounting, and executive audiences.
