Coordinates the Arlington office’s facilities, vendors, safety, physical security, inventory, budget, invoices, communications, and workplace events. Manages building service tickets, office equipment coordination, supplies, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics while creating employee engagement programs and maintaining a welcoming, productive workplace. This is a part-time, in-office role three days per week.

Leads a global team of Customer Success Managers serving commercial enterprise accounts. Owns retention, expansion, customer health, NPS, team performance, executive escalations, renewals, and ROI realization. Partners with Sales, Product, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to drive adoption and workflow integration. Uses customer usage data, telemetry, and health scores to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn while representing customer needs in product roadmap discussions.

Embed within product, software, and data teams to translate ITAR/EAR and OFAC requirements into scalable product features and workflows; conduct export classification reviews; design technical access controls and KYC/restricted-party screening; manage compliance vendor contracts; maintain contemporaneous documentation; audit deployment and development workflows to enable secure, compliant rapid delivery.
