Own the full B2B sales cycle for Planet’s payment products across the Iberian market. Build a pipeline, identify hospitality and retail merchants, engage finance, technology, and operations stakeholders, develop proposals, close deals, and transition customers onto the platform. The role also involves managing referral partners, collaborating with Product and Operations, attending industry events, forecasting sales, and expanding Planet’s presence in Spanish hospitality and premium retail.

Process and validate supplier invoices and credit notes, match invoices to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, manage vendor records, and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor processing queues, support month-end activities, manage workflow tickets, and ensure compliance with internal controls and service levels.
