Oversee operations for two Planet Fitness clubs, driving revenue, KPIs, and brand standards. Hire, train, and coach staff, ensure cleanliness, safety, compliance, and equipment maintenance, perform basic Life Fitness/Matrix repairs, manage labor and payroll, support marketing, and provide hands-on club coverage as needed.
