Lead hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, payroll oversight, and performance management. Monitor budgets, safety standards, equipment maintenance, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence. Travel frequently between Monroe and Lancaster clubs and provide emergency coverage as needed.

Travel between assigned locations and provide hands-on operational coverage as needed.

Maintain OSHA and ADA compliance, coordinate safety documentation, and perform or oversee Life Fitness and Matrix equipment repairs. Travel frequently between Asheboro and Thomasville locations while supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring Planet Fitness standards are met.
