Leads the Netherlands R&D function for biscuits and confectionery, owning innovation, renovation, technical productivity, product development, commercialization, formulation, processing technology, and brand stewardship. The role manages the R&D pipeline, oversees third-party technical capabilities, provides scientific and technical leadership, and coaches the local team while driving successful launches, quality, consumer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Manages and supports a portfolio of enterprise business applications across Europe. Responsibilities include second-line support, incident and problem resolution, application monitoring, vendor coordination, lifecycle management, upgrades, releases, testing, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role serves as a bridge between business users, application vendors, and internal IT teams while supporting application-related projects and ensuring system availability, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Advise on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, absence, conduct, and workplace culture cases. Lead or support investigations, hearings, and appeals; coach managers; provide employment law guidance; partner with HR stakeholders and trade unions; manage case reporting; and promote consistent, compliant people practices across UK manufacturing and corporate sites.
