Lead site warehouse and planning functions as part of the site leadership team. Balance customer demand and supply across short-, medium- and long-term horizons, manage inbound/outbound flow, drive safety, quality, productivity and cost improvements, mentor teams, own planning/MRP outputs and interface with central S&OP to operationalize production plans and deliver performance metrics.

Manage material availability and inventory to support production by reviewing MRP outputs in SAP, maintaining planning parameters and master data, driving supplier performance and VMI, creating purchase requisitions, supporting NPD and BOM changes, performing stock investigations and traceability audits, and producing planning and inventory reports to support continuous improvement.

Lead and coach site teams to deliver continuous improvement projects that reduce cost, optimize processes, and drive engagement. Own project pipelines, train belts, identify CapEx opportunities, and support site leadership to meet financial and KPI targets.
