Leads Godiva’s global gifting category growth agenda through portfolio planning, innovation programs, seasonal initiatives, and market deployment. Analyzes consumer, market, competitor, and performance data; develops business cases; coordinates cross-functional projects from concept to launch; and partners with regional teams across boutiques, cafes, premium retail, and Global Travel Retail. Tracks performance, recommends optimization, and prepares governance materials to align stakeholders.

Leads the Netherlands R&D function for biscuits and confectionery, owning innovation, renovation, technical productivity, product development, commercialization, formulation, processing technology, and brand stewardship. The role manages the R&D pipeline, oversees third-party technical capabilities, provides scientific and technical leadership, and coaches the local team while driving successful launches, quality, consumer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
