Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, AI-driven applications, data models, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and automation initiatives. Provide technical leadership, develop scalable software products and services, translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies. The role requires collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders and supports internal and client-facing initiatives.

Provides employment tax compliance and advisory services to owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and large corporates. Responsibilities include PAYE, National Insurance, benefits and expenses, employment status, CIS, globally mobile employees, HMRC enquiries, restructures, technical research, client relationship management, and coaching junior staff. The role requires approximately 3–4 years of employment tax experience and offers development within a collaborative accountancy firm.
