Lead the creation of PJ Media’s Marlow technology lab, managing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. Work hands-on with clients and engineers to identify opportunities, develop and release ecommerce products, prioritize features, and establish innovative engineering practices. The role requires broad technical expertise across front-end and back-end development, enterprise infrastructure, UX-centric development, and modern technologies, with responsibility for shaping lab culture, strategy, and delivery.
