Coordinates the full transition from sale to installation, including scheduling customers and crews, tracking job status, resolving installation issues, coordinating materials and project details, maintaining records and punch lists, confirming completion, processing paperwork and invoices, supporting final payments, and addressing customer concerns.

Leads and mentors outside sales representatives, develops sales strategies, identifies market opportunities, manages customer relationships, and monitors performance metrics. The role is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, team performance, and achievement of sales goals in the home improvement industry. It is based in an office Monday through Friday with additional weeknight and Saturday phone availability.

Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling, including acrylic tub and shower system installation, material handling, basic plumbing, carpentry, and finishing work. Prepare and protect job sites, safely use hand and power tools, maintain clean work areas and vehicles, communicate professionally with homeowners, and follow quality and safety standards. Training is provided to help the apprentice develop into a skilled bathroom installer.
