Work under skilled professionals to learn trade techniques, perform measurements, lift materials, follow instructions, collaborate with team members, and occasionally work overtime or weekends to complete projects.

Sell home improvement solutions to homeowners through in-home consultations using pre-set appointments and provided leads. Deliver excellent customer service, manage sales leads with computers, follow training and company sales methodology, and meet performance targets. Must pass background/drug screens and maintain a valid clean driver's license; commission-driven compensation with benefits and company vehicle provided.

Assist the installer in remodeling baths and showers in customers' homes. Follow installer directions, safety and quality guidelines, read scope and checklists, provide customer service, clean and stage job sites, learn installation certification, load the van, and help ensure timely, high-quality installations.
