Creates visual designs for print, web, video, marketing campaigns, events, sales materials, social media, and company communications. Manages video editing, basic animation, Figma demos, design templates, style guides, digital assets, production specifications, and vendor coordination. Ensures creative work aligns with briefs and brand guidelines while supporting multiple teams and managing concurrent deadlines.

Develop and execute Pixibo’s B2B marketing and communications strategy across content, social media, PR, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and thought leadership. Create marketing collateral, support sales and customer success, manage event communications, identify case study opportunities, represent the company publicly, and collaborate with product and leadership teams on messaging, launches, and partnerships.

Close new business and expand fashion retail partnerships across Taiwan and Hong Kong. Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, managing the sales pipeline, delivering product demonstrations, sharing market intelligence, and coordinating post-sale handoff to client success. The role requires B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS, strong Mandarin and traditional Chinese proficiency, retail or e-commerce selling experience, quota achievement, and confidence engaging stakeholders from product managers through executives.
