Leads brand events, creator partnerships, TikTok Shop and ShopMy initiatives, influencer gifting, affiliate campaigns, vendor and budget management, and campaign reporting. Coordinates with brand, PR, social, ecommerce, and global event teams to execute launches, creator gatherings, social commerce activations, and experiential programs that increase engagement and commercial results.

Supports Pixi Beauty’s influencer relationships, event planning, vendor coordination, guest management, logistics, on-site execution, and event reporting. Collaborates with marketing, PR, and digital teams to increase brand awareness, creator engagement, and press coverage. Manages event budgets, timelines, communications, and performance analyses while representing the brand and contributing to broader marketing initiatives. The role is based on-site in Los Angeles and requires travel as needed for events.

Supports the e-commerce and digital marketing teams with product management, copywriting, SEO improvements, social content, marketing campaigns, customer insights research, studio projects, and website, app, and social strategy. Monitors consumer behavior, develops recommendations, and contributes to community platform initiatives while collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
