The Director of Ecommerce will oversee the maintenance and strategic development of online properties, manage website content and performance, and collaborate with Marketing for alignment, ensuring optimal customer experience and inventory management.

Supports the e-commerce and digital marketing teams with product management, copywriting, SEO improvements, social content, marketing campaigns, customer insights research, studio projects, and website, app, and social strategy. Monitors consumer behavior, develops recommendations, and contributes to community platform initiatives while collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

Manage high-volume communications with influencers and creators across email, social DMs, and comments. Coordinate partnership inquiries, route requests, track community trends, prepare reports, and improve communication workflows using digital community tools. Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver responsive, organized community engagement.
